We understand that high temperatures during transit can sometimes cause lip balm to melt. If your Brielll lip balm arrives melted, please contact us with your order details and a photo of the affected product. We’ll be happy to send you a free replacement lip balm.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your lip balm arrives melted, please contact us for a free replacement.
